How do I return an item?
RETURN POLICY: Obadiah's offers a 30 day return policy on most items. We will make every attempt to make sure that your purchase is well suited for your situation if you contact us for product information or for advice. If, however, you decide that you want to return the merchandise, you must first contact Obadiah's for a returned goods authorization number. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back. The returned merchandise will be subject to our inspection. It must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. For most returns, there is a 20% re-stocking fee. If the returned merchandise meets all the qualifications, a credit will be issued for the amount of the purchase which can be applied to another purchase from Obadiah's.
RESTOCKING FEE: There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise, plus shipping charges. Returns must be authorized in advance by Obadiah's and the customer must ship the goods prepaid at their expense, according to the above return policy. The original cost to ship the product to the customer will be deducted from the refund, whether or not the customer was originally billed for shipping or got free shipping.
WARRANTY: Electrical parts have a 30 day warranty, this includes but is not limited to: circuit boards, control boards, air sensors.
Auger motors and blowers have a one year warranty.
There is no warranty on igniters.
